Exchange & Return Policy – Fiza Chikan
At Fiza Chikan, each piece is carefully selected or developed with attention to craftsmanship and detail. As most of our garments are hand embroidered and produced in limited quantities, our exchange and return policy is designed accordingly.
General Policy
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders
- Returns and exchanges are available only for customers in Dubai and Sharjah
Delivery Terms (UAE)
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working daysafter confirmation
Payment methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
For COD orders, we request customers to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange / Return (Dubai & Sharjah Only)
We accept exchange or return requests under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 4 days of receiving the order
- Item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags intact
- In original packaging
All returned items will be inspected before approval.
Exchange / Return Charges
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
- A standard charge of AED 20will apply for exchange or return processing
Exchange Options
- Items can be exchanged for another product of similar value
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within up to 10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- International orders
- Bottom wear / lowers (for hygiene reasons)
Important Notes
Each Fiza Chikan piece is hand embroidered by skilled karigars in Lucknow. The process can take several weeks, and the nature of handwork means that slight variations may exist. These are a characteristic of the craft and part of what makes each piece unique.
Colour tones may also vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Order Cancellation
Fiza Chikan reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- Quality concerns
- Product unavailability
- Any unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
